AVAB-CAC and Eastway announce a merger agreement and form Bright Group, funded by Capman.

AVAB-CAC and Eastway together with the buyout fund manager CapMan announced forming Bright Group, in a quest to start the journey of building a Nordic group of companies within entertainment and event production services – with the ambition to build the largest and greatest company within event & entertainment services in the Nordic – providing the very best value to customers, partners, and staff.

Bright Group will be a service provider within the Nordic event & entertainment industry, with more than 280 employees in three Nordic countries – Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

Bright Group will be owned by CapMan Buyout IX Fund together with previous owners of the two subsidiaries.
