Bettr Egg raised a seed funding round from Fraunhofer IVV, Zentis and Green Gen Fund.

Bettr Egg, a Berlin, Germany-based alternative food producer, announced the completion of a seed funding round.

The money was raised from a range of investors from Germany, including Fraunhofer IVV, corporate venturing partner Zentis and seed investors from Green Gen Fund.

Bettr Egg, founded in 2021 Veronica Garcia Arteaga and Patrick Deufel, is working for manufacturing a vegan (plant-based) egg that looks, tastes, feels, and can be used like an egg from a chicken.
