Bûmerang raised funding from the Duni Group.

Bûmerang, a Barcelona, Spain-based producer of alternative packaging for the catering business, announced that it raised a seed funding round.

The deal was made with the Sweden-based Duni Group, a producer of sustainable, and convenient products for table setting and take-away, as it markets and sells two brands, Duni and BioPak.

Post deal, Duni Group becomes a minority owner with a non-controlling interest, controlling 22% of the shares in Bûmerang Takeaway, S.L.
