ClearScore in a $200 million round backed by Invus

ClearScore, a London, UK-based company operating a free credit score and financial product marketplace, anounced securing a $200 million capital investment deal.

The transaction was made with the American private equity fund Invus via Invus Opportunities at a $700 million valuation.

ClearScore, founded in 2014 by Dan Cobley, CEO Justin Basini and Nigel Morris, built a leading credit marketplace out of the UK, serving over 14 million customers worldwide, on three continents.
