Credo becomes shareholder in Villa Paradiso, an Italian restaurant chain from Oslo

Villa Paradiso, an Oslo, Norway-based chain of Italian restaurants, announced entering into an agreement of selling the majority share package to Credo Partners. The financial details remain undisclosed.

Villa Paradiso, founded by Jan Vardøen and Trond Haug, is one of Oslo's most well-known restaurants for authentic Italian food. The investment money will be used to open more restaurants and grow the business further.
