Daisy Grace adds Bonnier Ventures on investors list for a SEK 11M contribution.
The investment will be used to further fuel the growth of the business and, according to the official records, the capital round values the company at SEK 44M ($5.2M).
According to the Swedish media, the company is already breakeven and expected to register SEK 40M ($4.7M) in sales in 2017, an increase from the SEK 34M in 2016.
Daisy Grace was launched in December 2016 by siblings Amanda Schulman and Hannah Widell, known locally for a weekly podcast and for a digital magazine, The Routine. The media was used as a strategy to generate sales of women’s wear under their own brand, both online and offline. During 2017, the company expanded its business by opening a beauty products direction, with two beauty shops open in Stockholm.
