Disney purchases 4% of Kahoot.

Kahoot!, an Oslo, Norway-based company managing  a game-based learning and trivia platform used for education purposes, announced in a press release that it added the American entertainment company Disney as an investor in the company.

The announcement follows Kahoot's participation in Disney's accelerator during the summer of 2018. The deal represents a 4% equity share valueing the company at $376 million.

Kahoot, founded in 2011, has developed a game platform that is used for education by 70 million users a month.

Prior to this round, Kahoot has raised almost $60M.
