Doktor.se secured $11M from Bonnier

Doktor.se, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing offline and digital health care services, announced in a press release that it completed a SEK 100M ($11M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by Swedish media group Bonnier and Mikael Gottschlisch, who join existing investors Åke Lundén, Daniel Pilotti and Oriola. In conjunction with the investment, Dajana Mirborn, investment director at Bonnier Venturers, will join the board of directors.

Doktor.se, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Martin Lindman, offers digital health care through Doktor.se as well as physical healthcare though clinics in Vingåker and Uppsala. The company has a comprehensive organisation with specialist nurses, doctors and psychologists with many years of knowledge in providing healthcare aimed towards improving Swedish primary healthcare.
