Ferdia announced raising NOK 20 million from Tide Buss

Ferdia, an Oslo, Norway-based company operating a digital platform for renting a bus, announced that it secured a NOK 20M ($2.3M) strategic funcing capital raise.

The money was raised from the local bus company Tide Buss. Tide will have a a 28.6% stake in Ferdia.

Ferdia, founded in 2016 by CEO Håkon Sæther, developed a network-based mobility technology that is aimed to to provide modern transport services for groups using buses. The platform offers options to rent a bus or organize transport in a safe, flexible and easy way thereby providing a mean of sharing of transport within the tour bus industry.

Ferdia previously raised money from Gvalueinvest.
