Hot Screen was acquired by Röko

Hot Screen, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based supplier for the fashion manufcturing industry, announced entering into an investment agreement for adding the private equity investment company from Sweden Röko, as onwers in the company.

The deal has the financial details undisclosed. The current owners Anna Skanselid, Fredrik Skanselid (CEO) and Anders Längnäs, will continue with the company.

Hot Screen is a supplier of heat transfers to apply prints on workwear and sportswear. The company has a factory located in Fjärås outside Gothenburg, employs 45 people and had SEK 94M ($10M) in turnover for the year ending 31 august 2019. Over the past two years, Hot Screen has successfully established operations in Finland and Norway.
