HSNG AB announced the acquisition of Vitamin Manager.

Health & Sports Nutrition Group - HSNG AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based holding company managing a group of ecommerce properties within the dietary supplements and health food business, announced that it acquired Vitamin Manager AB.

The financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

Vitamin Manager, founded in 2015 and led by CEO Jojje Borssén, provides solutions of daily doses of dietary supplements sold online as a subscription service.

HSNG AB, led by CEO Gustav Hasselgren, is a group of companies consisting of Gymgrossist , Bodystore, Star Nutrition and Fitness Market, through which is selling dietary supplements and health food in the Nordic market. HSNG was acquired by Orkla Group in 2017 and belongs to the Orkla Care business segment.
