Instalco announces the acquisition of Rörman i Svedala AB
Instalco, a Stockholm, Sweden-based end-to-end industrial solution provider announced getting into an agreement to acquire Rörman, a Skåne-based, near Malmö, pipeline and plumbing company.
The transaction, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for 100% of the shares and includes the subsidiary Rörlägggaren.
Rörman was founded in 1979 and currently has 15 employees. Among its services, the company offers installations of geothermal heat pumps, air/water heat pumps and boilers. For the 2017/18 financial year, net sales amounted to approximately SEK 30M ($3.3M).
Among Rörman’s customers are Svedala Municipality, Sandvik, City of Malmö and several local construction companies and HSB housing cooperatives. The company’s two founders will remain in the business and continue to work in their respective roles.
