Ljusgårda added more capital in the company.

Ljusgårda, Tibro, Sweden-based vegetable producer, announced that it completed a capital raise in the company.

The money was raised from investors from Sweden, including wholesale retailer Jula Holding and H&M CEO via his investment company Phillian AB. Proceeds will be used as the company intends to spend SEK 130 million for expanding its production facilities from cultivating 2 tonnes a month to 60 tonnes.

Ljusgårda, founded in 2017 by Magnus Crommert, CEO Andreas Wilhelmsson and Erik Lundgren, developed a 7500 sqm vertical plant factory using vertical and hydroponic solutions for growing fruit and vegetables all year around.
