Mantle to raise SEK 12 million more from local angel investors from Sweden.

Mantle, a Stockhom, Sweden-based startup manufacturing and selling CBD-oil products, announced that it raised its capital in a SEK 12 million ($1.4M) funding round.

The money was raised from local angel investors from Sweden, including Fredrik Hjälm and Oriflame owners Anna af Jochnick and Helene af Jochnick. The deal was closed at the end of 2020.

Mantle, founded in 2019 by Josefin Landgård and Stina Lönnkvist, manufactures cannabinoid, a product that's derived from cannabis and used for the beauty industry. The product is not allowed for being sold in Sweden, according to the Medical Products Agency, the local Swedish authority.

Mantle previously raised money from other angel investors from Sweden including Sophia Bendz, Emilia de Poret, Cristina Stenbeck and Susanna Campbell.
