Nomor acquired Pelias, creates a leading Nordic pest control provider

Nomor, a Stockholm, Sweden-based pest company, announced that it acquired PELIAS Norsk Skadedyrkontroll AS, headquartered in Elverum, Norway.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Nomor significantly strengthens its market position in Norway and gains full nation-wide coverage, creating a platform for continued growth in the highly fragmented European pest control market. The combined group aims for revenues of SEK 500M in 2019, with 500 employees and 30,000 customers.

Pelias is one of the largest providers of pest control and food safety services in Norway, with a nationwide network of local technicians.The company employs 125 people and has estimated revenues of NOK 150M.
