Otrium in a $120 million round led by BOND and returning investor Index Ventures.
Otrium, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based fashion marketplace operator, announced the completion of a $120 million funding round.
The money round was led by the American investor from Bond Capital, and included contributions from existing shareholders Index Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures. Accroding to media sources, the fundraising round values the company at roughly $900 million.
Otrium, founded in 2015 by Max Klijnstra and Milan Daniels, built a brand-focused fashion marketplace for end-of-season inventory. Fashion brands in the luxury sector include Burberry, Gucci, Prada, or designers names such as Michael Kors or Tory Burch.
Otrium is active in Netherlands and 11 other markets in Europe, including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The company previously raised about $35 million.
