Ramudden buys up LKJ-Palvelut
Ramudden AB, a Gävle, Sweden-based company which offers work zone safety solutions, announced that it has acquired LKJ-Pavelut Oy, a Finnish provider of comprehensive services for temporary traffic arrangements.
LKJ-Palvelut, founded in 2011 and led by Pete Willman, is a specialist provider of work zone safety control services for road, construction and general industry purposes active in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia.
Its turnover on the Finnish market was EUR 4.8 million in 2017, of which 45 per cent comes from services and the same amount from hiring. The remaining 10 per cent comes from product sales.
The company has 44 employees and offices in Espoo, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu.
Ramudden, founded in 2005 and led by CEO Hans-Olov Blom, provides the market in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia with work zone safety solutions, including rental of essential equipment. The company is owned by private equity firm Triton Partners, which acquired it in 2017.
