Sweden's street wear ecommerce Caliroots takes over Berlin's Soto Store

Caliroots, a Stockholm-based streetwear and sneakers retailer announced that it acquired Berlin's renowned menswear retailer Soto. Soto will continue to operate as its own entity, with its own store and online shop, with the three founders remaining active in the day-to-day business.

Caliroots, founded in 2004, operates 7 brick-and-mortar stores and two online shops with its different store concepts. The company is backed by venture companies Verdane and eEquity.
