VIA Equity acquires the majority of the shares in Elogic Systems A/S.
Elogic Systems A/S, a Hornsyld (near Vejle), Denmark-based company specialising in producing electrical panels for the industry- and enterprise market, announced getting into a transaction deal for selling the company to VIA Equity.
The transaction was made from the current shareholder Micro Matic A/S and has the financial details undisclosed. Elogic's CEO, Lars Prisak, and the CFO, Michael Reeslev are also part of the deal, as owners in in the company.
Elogic Systmes, formed in 2016 as a merger between the two companies Elogic, formerly owned by KK Wind, and Triax Systems formerly owned by Micro Matic, develops, produces and sells electrical panels and enclosures.
The company recorded sales of DKK 233M in 2017, has more than 250 employees and another production facility in Stettin, Poland.
