Youknow announced getting into an investment agreement backed by BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft

Youknow, a Munich, Germany-based German-speaking provider of explanatory videos and e-learning solutions, announced the conclusion of a capital financing round.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made with the backing of the German investors BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft.

Youknow, founded in 2007 and led by Managing Director Patrick Wiebe, develops software for learning management and authoring tool systems. The company has a team of 60 employees based in Munich and Zurich and has over 700 customers.
