In 2023 we tracked 100 investment deals worth $900 million with startups doing robotics out of Europe. Building a robots startup is not for the fainted-hearted as it is a capital intensive business - the VC spend in the category however doubled from half a billion in 2020 to more than 1 billion in 2022.
