BGA Invest AB originated in the Hilding Anders bed corporation, which was Europe’s largest bed company in 2003. Bengt Adolfsson sold the company and founded BGA.

BGA is currently an active owner of a handful of businesses and has a few passive holdings. Its management is also active on several boards with no proprietary interest and can also act as management consultants in companies without having any proprietary interest in them.
