Flashpoint VC (formerly Buran Venture Capital) is a technology investment firm founded in Russia in 2012 and later moved to London, managing venture capital, secondary buy-out and venture debt funds, and investing in software companies launched by teams originating from the Central and Eastern Europe, Baltics, Finland and Israel.

first fund, FSF I, was launched in 2020 and was anchored by the Scheinberg family office.

in 2023, Flashpoint announced a second fund targeting $150 million and focused on direct secondaries in European growth-stage companies.
