FlyPulse AB has developed a drone system to deliver a defibrillator which is a time critical device needed to treat this medical condition. The system is intended to work in parallel with the established rescue systems for a much-improved chance of survival. Once getting a trigger from the SOS operator, the drone flies automatically to the alarm location and lands. The system use satellite navigation and accurate maps of the earth along with topography information to create the optimal flight path.
