- founded in 2013 by two Americans in London - Hussein Kanji and Rob Kniaz, later joined by Rob Ludwig, Charles Seely and Bryan Gartner, all as partners.
- in the spring of 2023, Rob Kniaz transitioned to launching a new fund focused on deeptech and was replaced by Payton Dobbs, who joined the firm as an operating partner working with the portfolio companies.
