Inray Oy (private company)
Inray was founded in 2009 to develop measuring instruments based on X-ray technology with which to enhance the efficiency of sawmills and power plants.
The first product OPMES AX1 (INRAY LOG) Log X-ray Scanner is in use on sawmills in Finland and Latvia.
The company’s other product, INRAY FUEL automates quality control for fuel and increases the efficiency of energy production. Years 2011-2014 saw the system being piloted in power plants in Finland and Sweden, and it is currently in use by Europe’s leading biofuel producers.
The company’s forte is in smart measuring instruments integrated in production, and in real-time analysis of measurement data. Inray aims at becoming the most significant operator on the field and offering its clients ever more comprehensive optimization solutions.
