  • in 2023, Bouygues and ISAI announced the creation of the ISAI Build Venture, a €80 million fund to be deployed via checks between €500,000 to €5 million in startups in the fields of construction, property development, transport, and energy and services infrastructure.
  • in 2024, Isai announces the a first closing at €190 million of its third Tech Buyout fund allocating checks between €10 and €50 million to growth or growth LBOs in minority or majority stakes, in France, Spain, Switzerland and Benelux. In 2025, Isai announced a second closing at €300 million hard cap.
