Minesto (public company)

Minesto AB was founded in 2007 as a spin-off from Saab in order to develop and commercialize an innovation that efficiently produces renewable energy from slow tidal and ocean currents.

Minesto's power plant, Deep Green, was launched in 2016 and is the only known technology for cost efficient renewable electricity production from low velocity tidal and ocean currents.

Minesto listed its shares publicly on Nasdaq First North Stockholm in 2015.
