Miroi AB is a Swedish privately owned company with its own subsidiaries in Pomona Company offers services in adult education and job training and qualified work-oriented services in matching, rehabilitation and conversion as well as complete solutions in skills and training.

Miroi are established with operations in some 100 locations in Sweden, and has a highly decentralized management. Headquartered in Stockholm consists mainly of support functions in quality management, tender / law / contract management, information technology, purchasing and finance, while support functions for human resources are located in Skovde, support functions for educational / didactic development to Gothenburg and support for infrastructure and IT support are located Lulea.

MiROi operations are organized into 13 geographic business areas across the country. Each business area has a Business Area Manager wearing the overall business and personnel responsibilities in the area and has management responsibility for local site managers, training managers and coordinations on the operating locations within the business area.

MiROi school unit in central Gothenburg, School Building, led by the president and is the unit of the company where all the development of content, features and didactic tools in the learning management system takes place. The school unit also accommodates MiROi central administration which is the hub for all education administration in Miroi. Central Administration supported the need for locally placed administrative resources for the mission so requires.
