PSV Foundry (formerly PSV - PreSeed Ventures, DTU Innovation, Pre-Seed Innovation), is an early stage investment company from Denmark.

  • Pre-Seed Innovation was established in 2009 as a merger of the two incubators, DTU Innovation and Symbion, which became Pre-Seed Innovation in the summer of 2014.
  • PreSeed Ventures is owned by DTU and operates via the VC funds PSV Tech01 and PSV DeepTech (in fundraising), an LP-arm, PSV Core, and a venture lab, experimenting and developing new initiatives with the ecosystem such as the venture catalyst Earthbound built with DTU.
  • in 2024, PreSeed Ventures launched Hafnium, a new venture fund dedicated solely to deep tech in Denmark, with initial commitments of €52 million and with a hard cap of €80 million.
  • in 2025, PreSeed Ventures announced closing a second fund at €60 million.
