Activ'Inside completed a capital fundraising of €4 million from Bpifrance and Aquiti Gestion

Activ'Inside, a Bordeaux, France-based natural active ingredients food producer, announced that it completed a capital raise of €4 million ($4.8M).

The money was raised from investors from France, namely Bpifrance and Aquiti Gestion.

This capital increase will be used in particular to finance the international deployment in Asia and the United States, the development of a new clean extraction technology (solvent-free) and eco-responsible and the intensification of clinical studies.

Activ'Inside, founded 2010 by David Gaudout and CEO Benoit Lemaire, produces food nutrients by using natural plant extracts for health. The company has specialized in neuro-nutrition in recent years and produces more than 120 different traditional extracts mainly from French grape seeds, Iran saffron, lemon balm and cranberry. In 2020,  Activ'Inside produced a turnover of 6.3 million euros ($7.7M).
