AddSecure was acquired by Castik Capital.

AddSecure, Stockholm, Sweden-based company supplier of solutions for secured data and critical communication, announced getting into an agreement for getting the German private equity company Castik Capital as new investors in the company.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made with current owners, Abry Partners, an American investment company. Abry Partners and AddSecure’s management will remain minority owners.

AddSecure, led by CEO Stefan Albertsson, is the leading Nordic provider of secure, mission-critical machine-to-machine communications for the alarm, security, and building infrastructure industries. AddSecure also provides an enterprise grade industry-agnostic machine-to-machine connectivity platform for internet-of-things applications.
