Agilitas buys three comapnies, merges them under Recover Nordic Group brand.

Agilitas Private Equity acquired ISS Skadeservice, the Norwegian, Danish and Finnish damage control activities of ISS, in three simultaneous carve-outs. The businesses were merged and subsequently rebranded Recover Nordic Group.
