Aisprid raises €4.6 million from Demeter, GO CAPITAL and Breizh Up.

Aisprid, a Saint-Malo, France-based producer of an autonomous robot for soft fruits picking, announced the completion of a €4.6 million ($5.5M) capital funding round.

The money was raised from investors from France, including Demeter, GO CAPITAL and Breizh Up.

Proceeds will be used to accelerate the deployment of its solution, in response to the labor shortage faced by producers.

Aisprid, founded in 2020 by CEO Nicolas Salmon, develops Harvy, an autonomous robot for the harvesting of fruits and vegetables.
