Asistobe announced an equity round closed at NOK 5 million.

Asistobe, a Bergen, Norway-based software startup developing a SAAS for public transport optimization, announced completing a seed funding round closed at NOK 5 million ($570k).

The money was raised from Norwegian investors including DSD, GC Rieber and Valinor.

Asistobe, founded in 2020 by a team led by CEO Johan Haveland, develops a software suite used to increase ridership and optimize cost in public transport. The tool uses big data and machine learning-based analysis of passenger movement to build a strategic network design tool where cities, public transport authorities and operators  may get insight on how their whole public transport network operates according to their own defined KPIs.
