Billogram secured $4M from M2 Asset Management, Inbox Capital and CNI.

Billogram, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing payment services, announced that it completed a fresh capital investment round totalling SEK 38M ($4.1M).

The backing was supported by Swedish investors including M2 Asset Management, Inbox Capital and CNI.

Billogram, founded in 2010 and led by CEO Jonas Suijkerbuijk, built a digital payment solution available via an API for companies interested in transitioning from paper invoices. Since 2016, Billogram has focused particularly on companies with recurring payments where the payment moment is the dominant point of contact with the customer. Billogram manages over SEK 8 billion per year, distributed over 20,000 customers and had turnover of SEK 47M ($5M) in 2018.

Prior to this round, Billogram raised $6.7M in external capital funding, from investors including Edastra Venture Capital, Aggregate Media and angels Mathias Wilkne, Peter Sjunnesson, Robert Ahldin and Thord Wilkne.
