Bokadirekt raises SEK 300 million from VNV Global AB and Sprints Capital Management

Bokadirekt, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a local portal for booking beauty and health services, announced getting into a SEK 300 million ($43.9M) investment agreement.

The money was raised from existing owners Sprints Capital and new investors from VNV Global.

Bokadirekt, founded in 2008 by CEO Christian Fricke, operates a health & beauty platform available Sweden to more than 13,000 merchants every months paying a subscription to manage their operations and connect with roughly one million end consumers.

Prior to this deal, in 2019 Bokadirect was acquired for $22 million via Hitta.se, controlled by Sprints Capital.
