Brick announced raising SEK 17 million

Brick, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company building a business based on providing electric chargers for consumers on demand, raised an equity round closed at SEK 17 million ($1.9M).

The money was raised from investors from Sweden, including Christer Fåhraeus through Fåhraeus Startup and Growth, Filip Larsson and Fast Track Malmö.

Brick, founded in 2019 as Qvik App and led by CEO Emil Esselin, developed a chain of on-demand chargers for electronic devices. The company works with retailers and restaurants which make the devices available to their customers and expects SEK 10 million ($1.1M) in sales for 2021.
