Collectia added Silverfleet Capital as investors in the company.

Collectia, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of debt collection and debt purchase services, annouced getting into a investment agreement for adding Silverfleet Capital as owners in the company.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for a majority equity stake.

Collectia, founded in 1998 and led by CEO Christian la Cour Valentin, is a fast-growing debt collection and debt purchase business operating primarily in Denmark with a niche presence in Sweden, Norway and Germany. The Company employs over 175 staff and serves approximately 13,000 corporate customers across over 600,000 active cases.
