Combinostics closed a €3.9M series A funding co-led by Industrifonden and NordicNinja VC.

Combinostics, Tampere, Finland-based company working for the development of a platform for early-stage Alzheimer’s diagnosis, announced the completion of a €3.9M ($4.3M) series A investment round.

The funding round was co-led by Swedish venture capital firm Industrifonden and by the Finnish venture capital company Nordic Ninja VC.

Combinostics, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Lennart Thurfjell, works to provide help in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The company's platform, cNeuro, combines imaging data with clinical data and provides an intuitive and holistic view of patient data that highlights important relationships early on and supports early diagnosis.

Combinostics' clients include radiology and neurology departments in the EU, US, Japan, and South Korea. Prior to this round, the company raised more than $1M, from investors including Leo Innovation Lab and VTT.
