Consigli announced raising a total of NOK 19 million from AB Invest and Møller Eiendom Norge
Consigli, an Oslo, Norway-based SAAS startup building a data-driven platform for the real estate industry, announced raising funding totalling NOK 19 million ($2.2M).
The money was raised from investors from Norway including Trond Riiber Knudsen, Emil Paaske, AB Invest and Møller Eiendom Norge.
Consigli, founded in 2020 by Janne Aas-Jakobsen, develops a data-driven platform for the real estate industry. After buying, logging and storing data in huge quantities for many years, artificial intelligence and mathematical optimization can now provide quick decision-making. The service is called “Self-engineering engineers”; an analogy to self-driving cars, and was done in close collaboration with Entra, Stor-Oslo Eiendom, Attivo, Rejlers, and Undervisningsbygg. The company has customers such as JM Bolig, Neptune Property and Ålesund Municipality.
