Contractbook raised angel investment for a contract management platform.

Contractbook, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup providing a SAAS contract management platform, announced in a press release closing an undisclosed amount of equity investment in October 2017.

The money was exchanged for 40% of the company and comes from 3 local angel investors, namely Henrik Holmark, Stig Hølledig and Lars-Erik Houmann Christensen.

Contractbook, founded in 2015 by Christian Bowall, Jarek Owczarek, Niels Martin Brochner and Viktor Heide, developed a digital contract platform providing an all-in-one work agreement solution with a simple workflow, easy templates and digital storage.

The company launched its service in 2016 and has about 5000 users from 34 countries, with the core revenue coming from Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

In 2016, Contractbook recorded net sales of DKK 54k ($9k).
