DEFA AS buys Salto Ladestasjoner AS

DEFA AS announced today that the company has acquired Salto Ladestationer AS. The acquisition also includes Cloudcharge AB, the subsidiary.

Salto is Norway's leading supplier of charging stations and infrastructure for electric and hybrid cars.

Cloudcharge AB offers payment and management solutions to owners of charging parks and charging points.

DEFA AS is a global leader in the charging and preheating of diesel and petrol-powered cars, and also offers a range of associated digital solutions. The companies' combined expertise and experience provide greater competitiveness and good framework conditions for the development of innovative systems and technology solutions.
