DigiProc in a SEK 11.5 million equity deal backed by Kistefos.
DigiProc, a Stockholm, Sweden-based software startup building a B2B marketplace for procurement, announced securing an equity funding round closed at SEK 11.5 million ($1.2M).
The money was raised from Nordic investors includin Norway-based Kistefos and Sweden-based angel investors Andreas Alsén.
DigiProc, founded in 2017 by CEO Carl-Johan Ernstsson and Henrik Eckerby, developed a platform allowing corporate customers find better procurement deals. The tool handles the purchasing dealings and enables customers to negotiate a larger share of their costs. In 2021, the company producer sales of SEK 6 million ($600k) from customers including ABB, Tele2 and Munters.
