Dreams acquires A3J Consulting

Dreams, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing a consumer financial saving service via a mobile application, announced in a press release the acquisition of Stockholm software developer house A3J Consulting.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

 A3J Consulting was founded in 2009 by Jesper Frick, Jens Svensson and Joel Bonander. The company is profitable and recorded SEK 6.5M ($730k) in the 2017 fiscal year, from customers including Tictail, Klarna, Lifesum.

Dreams, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Henrik Rosvall, developed a consumer saving application. The company is on a growing trajectory, as it recently launched its operations in Norway, where it also raised capital from Storebrand in the summer of 2018.
