EduMe, a London, UK-based developer of a SAAS for mobile workforce training, announced the completion of a $5 million series A investment round.

The round was led by American VC Valo Ventures (the firm’s first European investment), and included participation from existing investor Connect Ventures.

EduMe, founded in 2016 by CEO Jacob Waern, built a mobile platform aimed at training, informing and engaging ‘deskless’ or mobile employees, which represent about 80 percent of the global workforce. Features include lessons for training, messages for instant broadcasts and surveys to capture feedback, driven by the belief that the access to information, and a voice to be heard, helps create a more informed, knowledgeable and engaged workforce.

Prior to this round, EduMe raised $1.8M in 2018.

Total investments received (USD): 26.8M
