eValent, a Malmö, Sweden-based company providing ecommerce services sold the majority of its shares to Sadr Hossein, a local Swedish investor. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed and the deal was made via Indexon.

eValent's founder Runar Wahlgren and CEO Sara Ali will remain involved as minority owners. eValent, founded in 1993, develops SAAS and on demand software services for companies in the ecommerce business.
