FarmDroid secured capital investment.

FarmDroid, an Odense, Denmark-based startup working on the development of a robot used for agricultural purposes, secured an undisclosed amount of capital investment.

The funding was provided by Danish angel investor Esben Østergaard, currently acting CTO at Universal Robots, as well as by UFM, the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science.

FarmDroid, founded in 2018 by Jens Warming and Kristian Warming, developed a ground robot that helps farmers and plant growers reduce the cost of crop and crop crops while making CO2 neutral and organic.
