Flitter in a €2.5 million pre-seed round backed by Kima Ventures, GFC and angel investors.

Flitter, a Paris, France-based startup building an auto insurance business based on pay-per-mile consumption tracking, announced completing a pre-seed funding round closed at €2.5 million ($2.8M).

The money was raised from investors led by early stage backers from France - Kima Ventures - and from Germany - GFC. The round included financial contributions from multiple angel investors including Jacques Bouthier, the founder of Assu2000, Pierre-Yves Durand, former marketing director of AXA, Christophe Eberlé, founder of Optimind.

Flitter, founded in 2021 by CEO Jeremy Steinberg, Arnaud Dumora and Hajer Gorgi, developed an insurance product for drivers based on the number kilometers they cover.
