&frankly completes a $1.4M investment round from Luminar Ventures and Cloud Capital.

&frankly, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a software as a service solution for companies interested to measure and trigger employee engagement, secured SEK 13M ($1.4M) in a capital investment round.

The backing was provided by investors including Luminar Ventures and Cloud Capital.

&frankly (Andfrankly Pulse AB), founded in 2014 by CEO Caroline Fjellner and Peder Nordvaller, developed a digital service aimed at executives and executives who want to increase their commitment to their workplaces. The service is accessible via a mobile app, through which employees get answers to questions and surveys, and helping managers and employees to check the pulse of how people are doing and feeling about their workplace.

The company had sales of SEK 20M ($2.2M) in 2017, expects twice as much for the next year and works with clients including SAS, Fortum, Svenska Spel, Grant Thornton and Vattenfall.

In 2016, &frankly secured SEK 3M in angel investment from Petter Lindström and Rickard Norregårdh.
